Kate Dover
Parenting & Behaviour Management Consultant
Kate has worked supporting Parents, Carers and Children with Parenting, Behaviour Management and Development Education and Strategies for the past 14 years.
Her focus has been supporting families with children from a diverse background, from mainstream children to children with multiple disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, behavioural and social disorders and vulnerable backgrounds. She has done this through group facilitation or one on one sessions with the family and play groups.
Kate works collaboratively with families other health professionals and therapists to ensure the best outcome for the family.
Kate has a number of qaulifications which have enhanced her knowedlge and expertise in childhood development and behaviour and family interactions. She hold a Bachelor of Education (Special Education) and a Certificate III in Child Studies and is an Incredible Years Parenting and Children’s Series Certified Facilitator, Triple P Certified Facilitator, Triple P Indigenous Certified Facilitator and TIPS Parenting Certified Facilitator as well as an Infant Massage Certified Facilitator and Professional Member of IMIS.
Kate has enhanced her practice by undertaking additional trainings in:

- Sand, Art and Play Therapy
- Anxiety Disorders
Kate is also qualified by experience as she has three beautiful children 8, 7, and 4 years of age.
